According to a new Field Poll, Governor Schwarzenegger leads both of his Democratic rivals in his bid for a second term.
The governor leads Steve Westly 44 percent to 42 percent. He leads Phil Angelides to 46 percent to 39 percent.

As a California resident, I certainly hope Arnold wins in November. If he does, his most important job will be to veto the idiot bills coming out of the Democrat-dominated Leg for the next four years. Anything else he does is icing on the cake.

While I also hope for a Schwarzenegger win, it's important to note that the results between Westly and the Governator are a tie, because they are well within the margin of error of the Field Poll. Let's not get complacent here - it's going to be a tight finish, barring some surprising changes in the Golden State.

I've spent the last 3 yrs doing nothing but research...
politics being one of my focueses, I suggest you guys take the time to educate yourself about the people that are in charge of this country...
the information that is available...publicly, even published by our own government is all the evidence you need to know that we're all being royally screwed by the rich elite
it's not Reb vs. Dem, as long as they keep the country split, they can maintain control, they create disasters to distract us and rob us, but hey, who can really blame them when the majority of the public chooses to remain so goddam ignorant...
get off your ass, shut off your TV and remember what it's like to expand your mind...
