2006 Arkansas Governor Race

Asa Hutchinson has closed some of the gap between him and Mike Beebe in the latest Rasmussen Poll. Hutchinson is attempting to hold a Gubernatorial chair the GOP has controlled since 1994 when Mike Huckabee was elected.

Correction, that should be ... (Below threshold)
The Exposer:

Correction, that should be 1996, not 1994. Huckabee succeeded to the Governorship upon the resignation of convicted felon Jim Guy Tucker in July 1996. Huckabee was not "officially" elected by the Arkansas electorate as Governor until 1998.
