2006 Washington Senate Race

While a new Rasmussen Poll reports that Maria Cantwell has opened up a lead over Mike McGavick, a new Strategic Vision poll indicates that the race remains too close to call. Cantwell leads McGavick 48%-44%. Moreover, the incumbent Democrat has a rather weak 46%-39% approval rating.
