Polls

Three new polls are out today about the President's job approval rating, and, for once, they are all in general agreement.

According to a new Gallup Poll, President Bush has a 40% job approval rating. It is 82% among Republicans, which is very good. The President now needs to work on improving his standing among Independents.

A new Cook Political Report poll reports that President Bush has a 39% approval rating, with a 51% disapproval rating. That is the President's lowest disapproval rating since January.

Finally, according to a new Rasmussen Poll, President Bush has a 40% approval rating, with 58% disapproving.
