Ohio Governor: Strickland by 25

Republican Secretary of State Ken Blackwell has had an uphill battle all the way in his campaign for Governor, having to follow the scandal-wracked Taft Administration.

If the latest polls are accurate, he is sliding back down the hill. From RasmussenReports:

During the past several months, Democratic Congressman Ted Strickland's edge over Republican Secretary of State Ken Blackwell has ranged from four to seventeen percentage points. Now, in our latest election poll of Ohio's gubernatorial race, Congressman Strickland leads his opponent by an intimidating 57% to 32%.

Last month, Strickland led 51% to 37%.

Read the rest at link above. The taint of Taft is hurting all Republicans in Ohio this year, up and down the ticket, as well it might. The man should resign, already.
