In another blow to clean elections, the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court ruling overturning the Arizona law requiring ID to vote and proof of citizenship to register. Reuters reports:
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an emergency motion by opponents of the law for an injunction to prevent the law's voter identification requirements from taking effect for the November 7 elections.
The ruling by the San Francisco-based court also denied enforcement of a measure requiring voters to produce proof of citizenship to register to vote. The deadline to register to vote in the election is next Monday. The law became effective two years ago under Proposition 200, a measure passed by voters to prevent illegal immigrants from voting. It required people to produce proof of citizenship, such as a passport, to register to vote, and picture ID, such as a driver's license, or two pieces of nonphoto ID, in order to cast a ballot.
Read the whole article at the link above. This is another victory for the party of voter fraud, as courts have been regularly ruling that requiring proof of identity and citizenship are unreasonable burdens to place upon voters.
It's great news for the indigent winos, who can now earn cash, cigarettes, and Ripple by accepting rides to vote in multiple precincts. And, the inalienable right of illegal aliens and dead people to cast ballots are also being preserved.
As Yakov Smirnoff always said, "What a country!"

You are talking about the 9th circus aren't you. Not a surprise. Does anyone wonder why the Average American citizen has no respect for the court system? The shooting of judges and their families should prove that. Soon we will be as bad as the third world countries. A judge or more a day will be shot until any honest person will be scared to become a judge.

Every single time someone votes who is not entitled to and/or votes multiple times, they disenfranchise LEGITIMATE voters everywhere!!
The courts DO NOT CARE about fair elections!
Period.

Unfortunately, AZ has a democratic Govenor and they are happy to have as many illegal votes as possible to win. It disgusts me to no end. The win at any cost mentality of the Dem's is frightening.
