Missouri Senate - Illegal campaigning?

Far-left activist group ACORN may be illegally campaigning for Democratic nominee Claire "Bush killed blacks" McCaskill, according to former workers in the video report posted by Erick at RedState.

Workers supposedly campaigning on an issue referendum on the minimum wage were instructed to hand out McCaskill campaign materials at the same time. Watch the whole video at the link above.
