The Final Push

There is a very interesting post at Hang Right Politics by CO Girl about taking a call from the RNC and, after contributing a bit to the cause, in return getting some inside scoop on the vulnerable House races.

We are down to the wire now. You can do your part by giving a bit more to those in the tightest races, if you are able, and by working GOTV. If you don't know how to volunteer for GOTV efforts, check the RNC site to find out how you can help in your area. For those who are not able to get out and do door-to-door, the site even has a way that you can make GOTV calls from home. I have done lots of GOTV calls in past elections and they are extremely effective. Please volunteer whatever time you have available.

Another thing you can do is... (Below threshold)

Another thing you can do is join me in emailing this to everyone you can and ask them to do the same :

You can copy it, but the BEST thing to do is click on "File" in the upper-left-hand corner of your screen, and then "Send Page" or "Send>" and then "Page"

If you don't have a huge address book, I HIGHLY recommend you find the email addresses of the Chambers of Commerce, their staffers (and, if possible, even their members) in the towns around you.
