2006 Congressional Elections

According to a CNN poll, the Democratic generic advantage is 53% to 42% among likely voters. The Democratic number has steadily declined through October, and we are back to where we were when the Foley scandal broke.

Actually, that may be a good thing, since a tightening of the "Generic" to pre-Foley numbers (when we thought we still would hold the House) may be a good thing.
