Stark has now been accused ... (Below threshold)1. Posted by Scrapiron | November 5, 2006 12:51 AM | Score: 0 (0 votes cast)
Stark has now been accused of pushing someone so hard in his quest to insult Senator Allen that the person fell. My advice to whomever it was that fell is a trip to the ER tomorrow morning. Emergency call for an ambulance wouldn't hurt the case. Numbness and tingling in the fingers and pain about 5-6 inches up the back. Felony assult and civil suit. Evidently Stark and Webb have lots of money (Scare America is broke) and can pay off. Someone suggested that his name may really be Starkweather, wasn't there once an insane killer with that name?
Actually I hate lawsuits as 99% of them are phony, and cost us all money, but this is one time it would break a liberal from sucking eggs and possibly kill any chance he will ever be a lawyer for the ACLU.
How many idiots like Stark are members of the democratic party? All of them. ROFL

The WaPo story says that as Stark was being led away, he yelled, "I'm going to own this town."
Since Stark himself probably has negligible assets, his victim should pursue medical treatment and wait until the statutory limit to file his suit. By then, Stark may either have sued the airport or town, or have passed the bar (I know, not likely), and he might actually have something which could be seized.
