For the early call: watch IN, KY

A good early indicator will be the results from Indiana and Kentucky, where many of the polls will close at 6 p.m. EST.

In the Hoosier state, three "vulnerable" House Republicans are fighting for reelection in the 2nd, 8th, and 9th districts. In Kentucky, GOP incumbents face tough reelection battles in the 3rd and 4th CDs.

If either party sweeps these seats in America's heartland, it will be a harbinger of a good night to come for them.

One possible wrench in the works is the indication of voting problems in Indiana, which could delay the results for an unknown amount of time

We'll be here until the wee hours, checking and reporting returns as they come in.

Voted in Southwest Va, Plen... (Below threshold)
Scrapiron:

Voted in Southwest Va, Plenty of poll workers, plenty of machines. No more than four people in a line. No glitches. Are we actually smarter than the rest of the country, or are they just more stupid than us.
It seems the cities that are ran by democrats never get anything right, and their murder rate is higher than Bagdad's. Something stinks, will the antique MSM now tell us what is is? My guess is graft and corruption.

Could be true via a poster at Lucianne:

75% turnout reported in Conservative Ozaukee County north of Milwaukee; slow, light turnout in urban Milwaukee county voting polls.

Good news for GOP Mark Green for governor; if it happens you heard it here first--- Republican Perfecto Rivera defeats first term democrat Gwen Moore in Milwaukee, an unexpected pickup for the Fifth Congressional district.

I sure hope Doyle in Wiscon... (Below threshold)

I sure hope Doyle in Wisconsin goes down. He's dumb as a brick AND a liar.

Results are trickling in, but nothing definitive yet.

The Kentucky races will probably be completely returned first, and they are looking very close so far.

I'm sorry, but I just can't... (Below threshold)

I'm sorry, but I just can't believe someone that married a bowling ball (Carville) who has same IQ as one.
