I don't make this stuff up, really. From 9News.com in Denver:
Sen. John Kerry (D-Massachusetts) reopened the door to a possible 2008 presidential campaign during a book signing in Denver and then again, in an interview with 9NEWS.
The 2004 Democratic nominee told a crowd of more than 250 at the Tattered Cover bookstore in lower downtown Denver that he had no desire to endorse any candidate for the office right now, choosing to wait to see how they addressed the issue of global warming.* * * * *
Afterwards, while answering a question from a viewer on the program YOUR SHOW about why he chose not to run, Kerry said he had decided it wasn't the right time.
"Could that change?" Kerry said. "It might. It may change over years. It may change over months. I can't tell you, but I've said very clearly I don't consider myself out of it forever."
Read the whole article at the above link.
Well, this could really shake up the race. I see Kerry contending for the key 2 or 3% of the Democratic Primary voters who could determine the outcome, becoming a real power broker at the convention. Then again, maybe it is just the Welsh rarebit talking . . .

I've been to that room at the Tattered Cover in LoDo. When there are 200+ people in the room it looks full. Kerry probably looked out and mistook the 200+ people in attendance for throngs of supporters. And knowing that he was born to lead, the urge to run for president must have hit him strong. His ego is a tough thing for him to get past.

So should I take this to mean that he may now be for a Presidential run after he was against it?
Or was he against it before he might be for it?
My God, my head is spinning.
