In the first state poll since the Republican candidates' debate, Mitt Romney has surged into the lead in New Hampshire, Dave Wedge of the Boston Herald reports :
The Survey USA/WBZ TV pollshows Romney with 32 percent of the vote, followed by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani with 23, and Arizona Sen. John McCain at 22. Actor Fred Thompson, who hasn't formally announced his candidacy, garnered 11 percent of the vote, the poll shows.
The results reflect Romney's biggest lead in any poll thus far and are vastly different than a January survey that had him with 21 percent of the vote, trailing far behind McCain and Giuliani. The new poll shows McCain and Giuliani each dropping 10 points since January.

More good news for Romney after his strong debate performance.
