After nearly a year off with a few occassional postings because of external commitments, I will be resuming blogging here on a regular basis.
According to a new Gallup Poll, President Bush's approval rating has edged up to 34% from 29% in the previous poll. These numbers mirror a comparable increase in positive perceptions of the situation in Iraq.

My guess is that it is the Pub Base which is hardening again for the Prez. For one who has not blasted him except on illegal immigration, his war and battle against Islamofascism will be his legacy and honor. My guess is also that his numbers will only go up in the Pub category and not Indies or Dems. The hate has done its demonic job at creating perceptions which while false will not be changed. The GOP still has not learned to fight back and go on the attack.
