Top Thompson adviser Rich Galen questioned the Clinton campaign on the Norman Hsu fundraising scandal, Bill Sammon reports for The Examiner:
Galen was unconvinced."You have to look at this with a great deal of skepticism that - having been through this sort of thing in '96 - that nobody thought to say, 'Hey, you know, we better take another look at this before we take all this money,' " he said.
"And the fact that nobody did - or if they did, they decided to just put their finger in front of their lips and say shhh and try to sneak off into the distance - tells you a great deal about the fact that the Hillary Clinton campaign is the Bill Clinton campaign redux."
Read the whole story at the above link. The man has a point. After her husband's campaign received money, through a cut-out, from the Chinese military, as well as numerous other sources apparently designed to evade the law, it is only fair to insist she be cautious enough to determine that people who appear on the political scene spreading cash have the means to account for it.
Hillary's spokesman, naturally, attempted to portray the questions as racism against Asians. Why, it would have been positively xenophobic NOT to take the money . . .
Which reminds me, if Hillary is giving back the $850,000 that Hsu "bundled" for her, and the FBI is investigating whether they were cut-out donors themselves, who is she "returning" the money to, exactly?

$40 million missing.
Shrillary has $875,000. Has anyone checked the Clinton's (all three) off shore bank accounts. Waiting for the statement, 'they all do it'.
