Widely regarded as a potential "instant frontrunner" should he enter the race to replace retiring Republican Senator Chuck Hagel, former Governor and Senator, and current President of The New School Bob Kerrey says he won't run. Anna Jo Bratton reports for the Associated Press :
Democrat Bob Kerrey said Wednesday that he won't enter the race to replace retiring Sen. Chuck Hagel. The former senator and governor cited family and unfinished plans at The New School, the university where he is president, in his decision not to run for the Republican Hagel's seat.
But, "I got much closer to saying yes than I thought I would," said Kerrey, 64.
Read the full story at the link above. While The New School undoubtedly pays more, Kerrey is not a man without ambition - he ran for President in 1992. I think he isn't running because his name doesn't carry as much weight in Nebraska as it once did, and he would be faced with a barrage of questions about con-man fundraiser Norman Hsu, whom he placed on the university's Board. This indicates a much more serious error, on its face, than Hillary or any other candidate merely accepting Hsu's bundled donations. Sure, they should have vetted him more closely - but they didn't bring him into a key decision-making position, either.

I didn't particularly care for the way he scrubbed Hsu's name from everything at the New School except what would have been a violation of the law to do. Just another scumbag.

Now let us hear what Pub will be the Hagel replacement in the race. That is the guy I want to support and all Pubs should too as long as that person is not another Hagel.

Glenn, drop the boldface type on your blog. It's unreadable.
Or mute the contrast. Size up and space out. Something.
Aesthetically yours,
