Mitt Romney creates a new country (Wizbang Politics)

In his Florida concession speech, Romney said-

Our world is under attack from violent, radical jihadists. Our jobs are being sought by new competitors, countries like Asia and India.

Asia isn't a country, India is part of Asia. James Joyner said Romney was 'likely a bit tired and emotionally drained' Then will this error become like President Ford's Poland comment or VP Quayle's spelling of potato.

Shepard Smith of Fox News better keep his mouth shut so far as Romney's slip of the tongue. Describing the many groups of people that compose Florida, Shepard said college students from Panama City to Plantation Key. Pensacola and Key West are even more extreme points in Florida, and both host colleges or a university. The University of West Florida and Florida Keys Community College respectively.

Maybe Shepard and Mitt can take a remedial geography class together. Cue the sarcastic laughter.
