I'm so sorry to say that Gerry Ferraro will no longer be with the Clinton campaign as reported by MSNBC:
Geraldine Ferraro has stepped down from an honorary post she held in Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign amid a controversy regarding comments that Barack Obama wouldn't be succeeding in the presidential race if he weren't black.Ferraro notified Clinton by letter Wednesday that she would no longer serve on Clinton's finance committee as "Honorary New York Leadership Council Chair."
Here is Hillary's limp-wristed response to Ferraro's "resignation":
"It's regrettable that any of our supporters -- on both sides, because we both have this experience -- say things that kind of veer off into the personal."
I guess it's especially regrettable when it blows up in your face and knocks your campaign off-message isn't it?
There's no doubt in my mind that after her combative defensiveness of the last few days that Ferraro was forced out by the Clinton campaign. This issue was turning into a media feeding frenzy for Hillary and she had to do something to stop it. We can only hope that enough damage was done (as happened in South Carolina) to boost turnout among African-Americans in Pennsylvania and beyond.
The other thing we've learned is that Hillary will cave if you apply enough pressure contrary to the media blather that she was standing strong in contrast to how Obama fired Samantha Power. Now, if we can just get those tax returns released. And those presidential archives. Then, we'd really have something to talk about.

At least we know that Islamic law is already in effect for the democrat party. Speak evil of the 'Great One' and off with your head.

I am stepping down from your finance committee so I can speak for myself and you can continue to speak for yourself about what is at stake in this campaign.
What's at stake is people may vote for a guy just because he's black rather than voting for a woman just because she's female! And that's not right! Black dudes get all the breaks!
Oh, and, what he said.

Someone explain why the democrats travel across the country to attend these phony selection processes. I know the politicians want your vote in Nov but all of this preliminary stuff is simply BS. You can vote to nominate King Kong but the 'Super delegates' will choose your next candidate. Maybe the standard democrat voters are having fun sticking their heads up the butt of Hussein and Shrillary and yodeling but they aren't accomplishing anything more.
