This is certainly no surprise. What is a surprise is that she didn't pile on earlier. Now it just looks like a desperation tactic. Most people have moved on and we're all now much more interested in how Hillary braved the sniper fire on that trip to Bosnia.

I don't see why we can't delve further into Wright - who Rev. Moss, his young successor, has described as being "crucified" by the coverage - even as we search for shell casings near Tuzla.

Wright is a hating racist progagandist and it's impossible for him to have been anyone's Pastor in the sense anyone that who has ever read the bible would think of as a pastor.

Scrapiron, there is a lot of hate in the Bible..Just look at some verses in chapters in Deuteronomy and Leviticus. Wright in that 'Chickens come home sermon' (see Wright in context youtube video') talks about some of those passages and how we can't use them as touchstones as to how we should react - 'violence begots violence'. Bush on the other hand, saw 9/11 'as a great opportunity' to launch a war in Iraq, because as Kissinger said Afganhistan was not enough to staunch our revenge. We needed more..Somehow, I don't think you will agree with me.

Larkin, the reason she didn't pile it on earlier is because she had to see which way the flag was blowing. It takes time to get the poll results back and to figure out what the media is reporting. Give her a break.

Hillary Clinton is truly a nasty piece of work. Even if one does not consider the supposedly inflammatory nature of the Wright sermons, she took an opportunity to promote healing or at least thought provoking discussion, and instead parroted a line that even the conservative nominee and the man he defeated has abandoned.

I have no doubt Hillary would have left her church and the place that introduced her to Jesus because it is abundantly clear that there is no belief, no ethic, no moral, or important relationship she would not gladly sacrifice in order to further her own naked ambition. A STATEMENT CONCERNING THE REV. JEREMIAH WRIGHT

The Reverend Jeremiah Wright is an outstanding church leader
whom I have heard speak a number of times. He has served for
decades as a profound voice for justice and inclusion in our society.
He has been a vocal critic of the racism, sexism and homophobia
which still tarnish the American dream. To evaluate his dynamic
ministry on the basis of two or three sound bites does a grave
injustice to Dr. Wright, the members of his congregation, and the
African-American church which has been the spiritual refuge of a
people that has suffered from discrimination, disadvantage, and
violence. Dr. Wright, a member of an integrated denomination, has
been an agent of racial reconciliation while proclaiming perceptions
and truths uncomfortable for some white people to hear. Those of us
who are white Americans would do well to listen carefully to Dr.
Wright rather than to use a few of his quotes to polarize. This is a
critical time in America's history as we seek to repent of our racism.
No matter which candidates prevail, let us use this time to listen again
to one another and not to distort one another's truth.

Hillary is a political succubus. She will suck the energy and will from this party until we are broken and defeated.
